Ibn Battuta was a 14th century Muslim traveler who had devoted his entire life to travel and foreign cultures. Thus, he got to know different cultures, which he knew how to combine in his own way. He lived and served in different countries and was able to share and contribute his different cultural experiences.
We are inspired by Ibn Battuta because we also want to connect cultures.
We are a bridge for those who love and live in Germany, but want to keep their own values and share them with others.
Also, with our books and products, we want to give Muslim parents the opportunity to take their children on a journey. On a journey full of beautiful memories. On a journey as storytellers in the wide world.
As a company, we launched Battuta Labs in 2019. Because we see the whole thing as an idea lab and want to realize different projects. Among other things, we would like to release apps very soon that transport the core and ideas of Battutabooks to the smartphone. So that people can learn our faith in a playful way.
